The so-called post-graduation programs in Brazil are programs of education that result in a certificate rather than a degree. FAE's post-graduate programs in Business have been recognized as the best in the South of the country*. Since 2009, the post-graduation programs have been expanded and currently, programs in Engineering, Law and Education, which explore the specificities of each knowledge area, are offered to meet the needs of the local market.

The most traditional Post-Graduate Programs in Management in Paraná present a flexible approach which enables students to select from a wide range of courses, receive specific training and adapt the program to meet their professional and career objectives, as well as plan and budget their time and money accordingly.
The specialization programs in Business at FAE consist of 440 class/hours, 200 of which must be among the required or core courses of the chosen area. The remaining courses may be selected from a wide and comprehensive array of 150 courses in several areas of study.
